Real Estate

Where do we began.  This is an issue that needs to be deeply discussed in today's world.  It is absolutely mind boggling to see so many houses becoming a foreclosure. Why is this happening?

For one, many banks were giving big loans to people with fairly descent jobs, and the individuals that received the loans, were not able to pay them back.
Whose to blame?  Well, whose fault do you think it is?  If your guessing both, you are correct.

A bank should never give a loan to an individual that doesn't qualify for a loan, but sadly so many people get approved for loans that they can't afford to pay back.

Secondly, you should NEVER get a loan, if you don't have at least 65% or 75% percent of cash money saved up already.

    Investing In Real Estate

Years ago, investing in Real Estate sounded like a good idea, but now things have dramatically changed.  The Real Estate market has crashed, and it will continue to do so, if we don't change the way we run our economy.

If you think Real Estate is the only Big Investment, well think again.  Their are tunes of investments out their, that are not as risky as owning a house.  Some of the riches people, are rich from not owning houses.
As an investor, you always have to remember that someone else's investment idea may not suit your needs as well as it suite theirs.  And I do realize that it can be pretty tempting to run towards the first investment that appears to be the Big It, but chill out.

While others are busy spending big buck on investments that bring them little profit, you'll be happy to see your business growing from not having to spend as much as your next door neighbor did.

     What Can I Invest In?

You can invest in anything.  Let me give you a few ideas.  For ex. real estate, stocks, or open a savings account, and etc..

You probably won't get much of a return from just putting your money in a bank account, but this is a good plan to use through out your experience of investing.

The greatest investment involves spending some time educating yourself on what makes the biggest investment.  Start joining free blog's and start asking others questions about what it takes to become the big time investor.

It is up to you to use your best judgment on what you think, makes the best investment.  Before actually investing, find out what the risks are.  Your goal is to get your questions answered.
